Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange
1. If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. We offer free exchanges, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
3. The product to be exchanged must be unused and undamaged.
Exceptions:
If the product is defective due to manufacturing errors, damage during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, we will accept exchange regardless of the product's condition.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to inspection before processing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
2. How to Process an Exchange:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to us at customerservice@cleavant.com
2. Inform Customer Service: Provide details about the item you wish to exchange and the reason for the exchange. Also, specify the size or style you need.
3. Receive Return Address: Our customer service team will provide you with the return address.
4. Print and Attach Label: Print the return label and securely attach it to the outside of the return package.
5. Arrange Shipping: Either call the post office to arrange a pickup or drop the package off at your nearest post office.
6. Provide Tracking Number: Inform our customer service team of the tracking number. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the package, we will send out your exchange within 3 business days and email you the new tracking number.
Note: The company address is not the return address. The specific return address will be provided by our customer service via email.
